Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders ship on or after the official release date — never before street date.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Domestic (US): 3–5 business days for most destinations (Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may take longer)
- International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
Packaging All orders are packed with care to ensure cards arrive safely and in the condition you expect.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your notification.
Pre-Orders Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order received on release day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order dispatches.
International Shipping International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us at Sales@CapyQuestTCG.com within 60 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Address change requests must be made before the order ships.
