1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of capyquest-tcg.myshopify.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to purchase from CapyQuest TCG.

3. Product Listings We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Card images shown are representative; actual pack contents vary and are subject to publisher print runs and distribution. We are not responsible for pull rates or set composition.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due at time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Pre-Orders Pre-order pricing and availability are subject to change based on publisher announcements. In the rare event a product is cancelled or unavailable, you will receive a full refund. A 25% restocking fee applies to customer-initiated pre-order cancellations.

6. Shipping Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability CapyQuest TCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property All TCG product names, artwork, and trademarks are the property of their respective publishers (Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, etc.). CapyQuest TCG is an authorized retailer and makes no claim to these trademarks.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
