Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will continue to receive your subscription product through the period already paid.

To cancel, email us at Sales@CapyQuestTCG.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

Pre-Order Payment Plans If your order was placed using a payment plan (e.g. Shop Pay Installments), cancellations are subject to our standard pre-order cancellation policy, including the 25% restocking fee. Remaining installment payments may still be collected by the payment provider per their terms.

Refunds on Cancelled Subscriptions Partial-period refunds are not issued for subscription cancellations. If a shipment has already been prepared or dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
